The entire design process was interpreted to re-fashion traditional European architectural styles onto the coastal Orange County landscape with a passion for authentic detail. The Architect, Homar Oatman quotes Frances Mayes, in Under the Tuscan Sun, “The house is a metaphor for the self,” sublimely suited to its owner.

Ideally located just south of the Ritz Carlton and the oceanfront communities of Niguel Shores and Monarch Beach, The Strand boasts some of the last untouched beach front parcels of prime beachfront land that has gone undeveloped in Southern California.
