This elegant luxury 4,413 sq. ft. contemporary residence, designed by Pupogaspar Arquitetura, was built in Campinas, the 14th largest city in Brazil, located in São Paulo state, in the southern region of the country.
The harmony of the design process was guided by the internal distribution of the living spaces to the leisure areas with a minimalist concept of architecture favoring large open voids with glass facades that integrate the natural surroundings.
This dynamic home features Italian porcelain flooring throughout, creating a clean, simple, and modern environment, adding lightness and freedom to the structure that becomes part of the decorative backdrop.
