The Bela Vista House is a stunning testament to the harmonious fusion of diverse architectural styles. This masterpiece seamlessly marries the classical concept of a square-plan patio house with a modern twist of linear blocks skillfully integrated into the undulating terrain through precisely positioned retaining walls. This juxtaposition not only anchors the residence firmly within the landscape, creating a captivating interplay between the topographic plinth and the ethereal, glass-clad structure that crowns it, but also divides the social and private realms. With separate vehicular access points for each level, accommodating visitors, residents, and service providers has never been more effortless.

At the heart of this architectural marvel lies a central courtyard that serves a dual purpose as a tranquil oasis and a functional rain garden. The patio’s ingenious design channels rainwater to be collected and repurposed as greywater within the house, exemplifying a sustainable approach to water conservation. Encased in a transparent envelope, the social spaces, including the living area, reception, and dining room, are bathed in natural light. Automatic translucent meshes shield the glass panes, offering both thermal insulation and regulated illumination. Meanwhile, the adjacent block, partially nestled into the terrain, offers a playground for outdoor pursuits, featuring a refreshing pool, sauna, gym, and a host of other amenities.

The Bela Vista House boasts a plinth constructed from robust concrete retaining walls adorned with prefabricated, high-resistance panels. The glass volume is ensconced in colossal sliding panes of laminated glass, while its roof is crafted from cutting-edge copper composite material. Noteworthy is the private granite enclave nestled within the hillside, housing the guest quarters. The ingenious interplay between the hill, plinth, and patio pavilion births an extraordinary spatial experience interwoven with the picturesque surroundings, blurring the lines between building and landscape.
