My husband and I had terrible experiences with several realtors, all of whom seemed to be chasing huge commissions for little to no work. We remained steadfast in this belief until we met Debra. We were touring a listing, where Debra was the listing agent, and decided to put in an offer. Because of the issues we’d had, we were unrepresented. She offered to represent us in the deal, normally not the smartest move for a buyer, but she really looked out for our interests. Debra was honest and open, met every single inspector and contractor, and was always available to answer questions. That deal eventually fell through, but we were so impressed with her dedication that we asked her to be our agent. After showing us a hundred houses and always staying patient with a demanding client (us), we found a lovey home and couldn’t be happier. We could NOT recommend Debra more.
