ETA Studio was asked to re-develop only a part of this apartment including a common space, entrance hall, kitchen, living room and a bathroom. The initial volumes of the premises were completely satisfied, they were asked to rationally arrange the necessary equipment for the needs of the family.
The customers already had some pieces of furniture that needed to fit into the interior. Such elements as the kitchen with an island, cabinet furniture for the living room. As a result, the common space is not cluttered with unnecessary pieces of furniture and includes only the most necessary. The soft zone was made to order according to the shape of the bay window, thus it turned out to organize one big place of attraction for cozy evenings.
The finishes in this project are very varied. The designers used decorative plaster for concrete, painted brick, colorful apron with rhombuses that fold into cubes. The main flooring is a chocolate-colored laminate. The finishing of the bathroom consists of concrete-look porcelain stoneware, relief porcelain stoneware imitating aged metal, and gray decorative plaster.
The storage solutions in this apartment are concentrated in the bedrooms and dressing room, so it turned out to make the common space not cluttered with wardrobes. A moment of attraction in the living room is a large soft sofa made to order in the shape of a bay window. The dining group consists of a massive slab table and black chairs of different shapes. Furniture in the bathroom is made using wood-like facades. In the cupboards there are a boiler, supplies of cosmetics, and under the washbasin there are two cat trays, which can be accessed by their owners through a special door on the side of the hall.
