Plan the route around borders and delivery, not mileage alone

Treat post-Brexit customs relief as conditional
Because Surrey is in Great Britain, the load leaves a non-EU customs territory. Import formalities may occur at the first EU entry or under customs transit at destination. Before loading, confirm responsibility for the UK export entry, EU safety and security filing, any transit movement and the Lithuanian import declaration.
