A prominent Brazilian family in Capri commissioned the conversion of the 45-room Hotel Belsito to create Villa Ferraro, their own private palatial residence with absolutely stunning views towards Marina Piccola Bay in Capri where legends say, Ulysses was seduced by the sirens.
In virtue of the historic importance of the building, the warmth and charm of its Mediterranean character were re-established with a red Pompeian exterior color and Capri style columns, which predominate the front façade of the villa. No expense was spared on restoration.
The private villa was developed over two luxurious levels with two separate living rooms, the dining room, the kitchen, and a service apartment all on the ground level and a grand upper floor with vaulted ceilings where every room has its own bathroom. Covered terraces and a rooftop deck with a resort-style illuminated swimming pool provides the perfect luxury accouterments to watch the glorious sunsets over the Tyrrhenian Sea.
