This extraordinarily modern architectural masterpiece is a futuristic vision of sophisticated spatial luxury. The sculptured residence is structured like a sinuous silhouette that flows as if it were a void of continuous spaces melding into the landscape. It has been architected as a perfect example of unity with the fluidity of connection between interior and exterior realms.

The geometry of the Dupli Casa residence is based on the footprint and family archeology of an existing home previously located on the site. The new building is echoed from the past structure with a duplication and rotation of the original spatial representation. Lifted up, the new structure has been created as a semi-public space on the ground level between two layers of discretion. The new villa realizes a sophisticated connection between the inside and outside, offering spectacular views over the old town of Marbach and the Neckar Valley.

Dupli Casa is a demonstration of how modern architecture can adapt to its environment and benefit from the beauty of the surrounding nature. Taken from a certain perspective, the structure appears to be opposite to that of the outer edge and spills into the lawn while flowing upwards to the roofline. The meticulous comb-like landscaping and introverted lodges blend with the skin of the building accentuating the design while aptly blurring the lines between luxury and geometry.
