The Pinnacle List is just 22 days away from celebrating nine months online and here we are ringing in a new year on the road to celebrating our one-year anniversary in the spring of 2012 and it’s already been quite the ride!
The Pinnacle List was established on April 23, 2011 as an exclusive online publication featuring the best in Luxury Real Estate, Resorts and Lifestyles. Our goal was to provide a showcase of some of the most spectacular luxury properties around the world with a unique in-depth presentation style, including full page Profiles and Galleries.
Our first property story on The Pinnacle List was published just two days after our launch. For that first story, we wanted to focus on a luxury home that we felt was one of the ultimate expressions of modern luxury available in the world today. The story was published on April 25, 2011 about a home located in La Jolla, California – one of the most expensive zip codes in America. The luxury home we selected is know as The Razor Residence.
Within minutes of publication, we received tremendous response about this unparalleled 11,000 sq. ft. Razor estate, which is an awe-inspiring artistic and architectural expression that defines the best in modern luxury living.
The year 2011 treated us very well. We strategically focused The Pinnacle List on key luxury properties around the world – specifically in California, Florida, and Italy. The exclusive nature of our online publication has given us very gratifying results with a worldwide appeal bringing traffic to The Pinnacle List.
Our coverage of a luxury Italian estate on the shores of Italy’s famed Lago di Como brought us to the attention of Christie’s International Real Estate and an Australian filmmaker with Hollywood flare. And oh yeah “brother,” wrestling legend Hulk Hogan, member of the WWE Hall of Fame, even personally acknowledged The Pinnacle List on his Twitter account after we showcased his multimillion dollar Belleair, Florida property.
Our original story on The Razor Residence and subsequent notoriety even earned us a special invite to attend the private North American unveiling of Aston Martin’s V12 Zagato supercar at an exclusive event inside The Razor Residence on August 25, 2011.
We were privileged to have the opportunity to participate in the Aston Martin event at The Razor presented to us by Hurwitz James Company of Beverly Hills, California. One of the most prominent luxury real estate companies in the world, Hurwtiz James Company, was representing the sale of this amazing trophy property and marketing it worldwide.
Our coverage of the evening Aston Martin V12 Zagato reveal event was followed by spending a full day and night inside The Razor estate, shooting exclusive photos for subsequent publishing on The Pinnacle List. Our goal was to capture the essence of The Razor in the form of multiple Property Profiles and Galleries to create a presentation of the property with an unparalleled online impact.
